This notice describes the Piro website and early-access waitlist, operated by Provarion LLC. Piro’s payment product is in development. This website does not open a payment account or collect bank details, identity documents, or payment information.
What this website collects
If you join the waitlist, we store your email address, the time you joined, and the version of the email-update consent you accepted. If you email support@piro.money, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include.
Our hosting providers process technical connection information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as IP addresses and request logs. To limit automated waitlist submissions, the application uses a temporary, hashed connection identifier. It does not store your raw IP address in the waitlist database. Rate-limit records stop being used after their 10-minute window and are removed on subsequent form activity.
Why we use it
We use waitlist information to maintain your place and contact you about Piro’s launch and early-access availability. We use support messages to answer you and technical information to operate the website and prevent abuse. Joining the waitlist does not authorize payment activity.
Service providers
The website is hosted through Vercel, with waitlist data stored in Supabase. These providers process website and waitlist information to operate the service. If you contact us by email, our email service provider processes that message. We do not sell the waitlist or use it for third-party advertising.
Cookies and analytics
The Piro website does not add advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Hosting or access services may use cookies needed to provide or protect the site. Fonts and founder images are served with the site, rather than loaded from third-party advertising services.
Your choices and retention
You can ask to access, correct, or delete your waitlist information, or stop launch updates, by emailing support@piro.money. We keep waitlist information while it is needed for launch and early-access communications, or until you ask to be removed, unless retention is required by law. We may need to verify that a request comes from the owner of the email address.
Before payments launch
Payment services will have additional privacy information describing the providers, identity checks, financial data, and safeguards that apply. This website notice does not describe a live financial service.
